Data maintenance and deletion
The data provided by the users will only be registered in the client database when this is foreseen for a contractual client- attorney relationship, otherwise they will be deleted together with the message received after 30 days of receipt because they are not necessary.
The owner of this website has taken all the legal measures required for the protection of personal data and has tried to adopt optimal technical measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, access or theft of personal data provided by users of the website.
Purpose of data collection and processing
The purpose of the collection and automated processing of personal data is to maintain the contractual relationship that may be established with the company WeAreExams, as well as the performance of the tasks of information, improving the quality of services, sending newsletters with commercial information and other similar activities in relation to the services contracted from the lawyer.
The personal data processed in the client file may only be transferred in order to comply with the aforementioned activities.
The user, by completing the contracting form or professional order form, acquires the status of client, authorising that said data, for technical and operational reasons, may be transferred, processed and stored by third party providers that may require it, such as companies providing storage and sending files in the cloud.
Control of data in case of risk
The customer acknowledges and accepts that, in order to maintain the security of their data, it is necessary for certain suppliers to access their data on an exceptional basis and only when necessary to resolve technical incidents, their activity being limited to work to resolve the incident, without using the intervention or the data to which they may have access for other purposes.
Right of information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition
The customer may, at any time, exercise their rights to information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as recognized in the LOPD. These rights may be exercised by means of a written request addressed to WeAreExams at the following address: C/ Pintor Maella, 32, 46023, Valencia, Spain. These rights may also be exercised under the terms established by the applicable regulations, which are available for consultation at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Veracity of the data
The client declares that all the data provided by him/her are true and correct and undertakes to keep them updated, communicating any changes to them. The customer shall be responsible for the veracity of his data and shall be solely liable for any disputes or litigation that may arise as a result of the falsity of such data.
